Return/Exchange Policy

No refunds, exchanges only. Exchanges must be in original package and Excellent condition with all tags on. The customer is responsible for all freight.

All returns require a return authorization number. To obtain an RA# call our customer service department within two weeks of the ship date of garments. The RA# must appear on the outside of all cartons/packages. If there is more than one package, please make sure they are clearly marked with the RA# and the number of packages. Example; 1 of 2, 2 of 2. All returns must have the original packing slip or invoice enclosed, highlighting the items being returned. All returns should be shipped to:

Please note that the return authorization is valid for two weeks. After that time it is automatically voided.

Defective New Garments:
Because we stand by our garments, any unworn garments that have defective workmanship will be replaced.
