Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Online orders can be returned to our warehouse for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. You may also return your online order to any of our Mr. Alan's retail locations within 15 days of purchase. If you are returning your online order at one of our retail locations, you must present your order confirmation email OR a printed copy of your order confirmation as receipt of purchase.

You will want to print and include our online return slip in your return package. Please fill the return slip out including your order number and the reason for your return. Your return slip includes a pre-addressed shipping label for you to attach to your return box for your convenience. Please note customers are responsible for return shipping postage. We recommend insuring your return as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your items are damaged for any reason when they arrive, please contact customer service at (313) 693-9800 or email firstname.lastname@example.org prior to returning your item. A pre-paid shipping label will be provided for damaged item returns only. Please note, we will not return damaged items that have been worn and/or if the tags are removed.
Once we have received your returned online order, we will refund your purchase back to the original credit/debit card less any shipping charges. You will receive an email notification confirming your refund. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank to process and post funds back to your account.
