Return Policy

Return Policy offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. Simply return any unopened/unworn product to our warehouse for a refund. Please call us or email first ( before sending the product back to have a case number assigned to the return. 

Exchange Policy

We are unable to process exchanges. If you'd like a different size, color, style or different product, please follow the returning instructions for a refund, and place a new order online.

We will refund your credit card less shipping and handling charges, if any. Returns typically require 10 business days for processing once received by our warehouse. 

We will only accept returns for items that are returned to us either exactly as you received them with only the amount of wear that would occur from trying the items on. Items must come with all original undamaged packaging, labels and tags must still be attached.

Please Note - We will refund only products that have been purchased through our website. Products purchased through can't be return to in-store locations.
